Twinkle - Official MV

Musically, "Twinkle" is an up-tempo dance-pop track, with influences of funk,electropop and go-go. Taking inspiration from songs from the likes of Stevie Wonder, the song features a 1970s-inspired beat, on which the girls showcase their strong vocals.


Twinkle was released as the subgroup's first single on April 29, 2012. The music video was released on April 30, and featured Exo's Chanyeol, Baekhyun, Kai and Sehun (Wikipedia).

Divine - Official Video

"Divine" is another single included in the 'Girls' Generation The Best Album'.


Before the release of the videos, Tiffany offered her insight about the song through a Japanese media portal. She explains that the song is about the relationship and connection of the SoShis (themselves) and their fans, SONEs. Two music videos are then released with a week or two in gap.

Apparently, this is also marked as the last music video before Jessica's departure from the Group.

Love & Girls - Official Video

The single was released in two versions: a regular edition and a limited edition with a bonus DVD. The regular edition contains the title track "Love & Girls" and its B-side, "Linguafranca" (Japanese: リンガ・フランカ Ringa furanka). 

 

The bonus DVD contains the music video for "Love & Girls". It was initially announced that the music video for "Beep Beep", B-side to "Flower Power", would be on the DVD; however, this was later changed (Wikipedia).

Bad Girl - Official Video

The song was included in the "Girls' Generation 2011 Album" as well as in the repackaged version "Girls' Generation: The Boys". The first teaser video for "Bad Girl" was released on August 9, 2011 and the music video was released on August 11, 2011. 


It starts with shots of Yoona, Yuri and Sooyoung getting off large bikes. For this Music Video SNSD comeback as "Black Soshi" flaunting their “dark side” and their sexiness. The MV was shot in a dark parking garage and their clothes are dark and sexy (Wikipedia).

Run Devil Run - Official Videos

"Run Devil Run" is originally recorded by Ke$ha in 2008, however she never included the song in her album. The song remained untouched for the next two years until executives at Universal Music Group sold the rights of the song to SM Entertainment, after this, Korean songwriter Hong Ji-yoo was brought on to translate and rearrange the English version of the song into Korean (Wikipedia).
