The Girls are seen at the Airport and is said to head at Japan. I don't have any idea on what specific project are lined for them.

But...

the “Girls’ Generation The Best Live at Tokyo Dome” is scheduled to be held on December 9, so better make your tickets ready.

The Girls went to Japan days ahead of their concert to have a rehearsal and made sure that the fans won't feel the gap that Jessica left after her departure.

On November 10th, right after their successful concert, the girls are now back in South Korea.
