Taeyeon wins at ’10th Seoul Drama Awards’ and collaborates with Yim Jaebeum

On September 10th, Taeyeon was awarded the “Outstanding Korean Drama OST” award at the “10th Seoul Drama Awards”. 


The award was given to honor the most loved OST singer of the past ten years. Taeyeon is well-known for her contribution to drama soundtracks with songs such as “If”, “I Love You”, and “Missing You Like Crazy”. 




Taeyeon attended the show to accept her award and gave an acceptance speech.




Taeyeon was also a presenter for the award show, giving the “Mango TV People’s Choice” awards to Lee Minho, Choo Jahyeon, and Taeyeon’s singing teacher, The One.

Also renowned singer 임재범/Yim Jaebeum has revealed a collaboration with Taeyeon to remake “사랑보다 깊은 상처/Scars Deeper Than Love” for an album commemorating the 30th anniversary of his debut. 


The original song was a duet between Yim Jaebeum and Lena Park, released in 1997. A teaser for the remake was posted on Yim Jaebeum’s Facebook page on September 7th, with a line reading “Duet with ?”. His Facebook page later confirmed that Taeyeon would participate in the duet and posted a video teaser with audio from the song.
