YoonA impresses with not only her good looks but also her good heart. On March 20, a popular post titled, "Wow... there's really nothing bad to say about Girls' Generation's YoonA," began circulating among various online communities.
Previously, a post from a netizen shows a picture of YoonA being listed among contributors to theCommunity Chest of Korea (CCK), an organization that raises funds and allocates them to welfare centers and charity projects. The netizen explains, "YoonA has become the first person in her 20s to join the [CCK's] Honors Society, which is for members who contribute large sums."
According to the CCK, the "'Honor Society' was formed to bring together the community leaders with deep understanding of the major social problems and desires to do something about them." Netizens are impressed that YoonA has given a generous donation to this program as a way to help the community despite her young age.
On April 23rd, Yoona and actor Song Seungheun attended an ambassador appointment ceremony for Korea’s national tax service. Yoona and Song Seungheun had received presidential awards for being model taxpayers at the “49th Taxpayer’s Day” event on March 3rd.
YoonA is also present in the event that was held by top international fashion brand, Chanel. She and other celebrities looked glamorous at the event with the black and white dress code.
The ‘Chanel Cruise Collection’ event that was held by Karl Lagerfeld yesterday, May 4, at Dongdaemun Design Plaza, had gained the public’s attention. Especially because Hollywood celebrities like Kristen Stewart, Tilda Swinton, and Gisele Bundchen, along with K-pop idols aside from YoonA are Suju’s Siwon, Bigbang’s G-Dragon and Taeyang, 2NE1′s CL, and f(x)’s Krystal were at the show.
Other Korean celebs also attended the event, for example Han Ye Seul, Park Shin Hye, and Lee Jong Suk also enlivened the event.
At the show that was held at 7.00 p.m. KST, CL looked mesmerizing in Cruise collections, starting from Gun Heel Sandal 2009 edition until Perfume Chain Bag 2014 edition.
