Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany has revealed various tips on how to maintain her beauty and health, at an interview with Vogue Girl fashion magazine. She explained how she healthily maintains her body shape.
“I’ve started pilates and gyrotonic. When your muscle mass decreases, your body shape changes, and start gaining muscle in places you don’t want. You need to do balancing exercises at times like that,” she explained.
For tips to maintain her face remaining naturally beautiful, the Los Angeles born singer revealed the importance of taking care of her face and around the neck so that it will remain firm and beautiful.
“I’ve been using neck cream diligently. After applying toner and serum on my neck, you apply a sufficient amount of neck-specific cream. The next morning, your neck should feel smooth. Also, I diligently do home treatment. I take care of my hair and face with the same mount of standards, and, no matter how tired and exhausted I am that day, I never forget to cleanse my face and use facial masks,” she added.
