Last July 28th, the Girls' Generation member Hyoyeon meets Szechuan/Sichuan Province's governor and other politicians in Seoul during the breakfast talks.
It can be recalled that Hyoyeon can speak Chinese amongst her other group members. So probably that is the reason why she is present in the meeting. However, of what is her participation in the said meeting is still not clear to me. If you have any idea, please kindly tell me :P
