It appears that SM Entertainment had prepared two projects for Girls’ Generation’s Jessica and f(x)’s Krystal, however, they have been forced to cancel the projects.
The first project is the second season of “Jessica & Krystal”, and the second one is a collaboration album from the Jung sisters.
“The album was on its recording stage, meanwhile variety show ‘Jessica & Krystal’ was up to scheduling its filming,” the agency’s rep stated.
The two big projects have been cancelled on September 29, after Jessica revealed that she has been expelled from Girls’ Generation. SM has also confirmed this, and will continue the girl group’s activities with merely eight members.
On the other hand, Krystal of f(x) still continues her filming schedules for "My Lovely Girl" and other related activities for f(x). In fact, a representative said that Krystal finished the filming that day with a bright facial expression. The rep stated, "She was not greatly agitated because she had known sufficiently beforehand about the conflict between her older sister and SM Entertainment as well as Girls' Generation."
In relation to Krystal's promotions with f(x), the rep said, "There are a lot of concerns, but we are not expecting there to be a big problem. Especially in Krystal's case, she is a person who draws a clear line between the private and public sphere, and really desires to promote as a singer. From the beginning, she promoted separately from her sister, so it should be okay."
